3-4 boneless porkchops
1 box of Stovetop stuffing
1 small to medium sized onion, thinly sliced
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1/3 Cup water

Put pork chops on bottom of crockpot. Pour box of stuffing (dry) over pork chops. Layer onions on stuffing. Mix together soup and water and pour over top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (NO longer than 8, especially if your chops are thin).
