Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin Empty

1 cup orange juice
1/3 c soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
3 tsp minced garlic
2 whole pork tenderloins (3/4 lb)
Dash of salt and pepper


Make the orange marinade by whisking together the orange juice, soy sauce, rosemary and garlic. Pour over pork tenderloin and marinade at overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain pork, reserving the marinade and place on a baking sheet. Season the pork with the salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes. Meanwhile strain the reserved marinade and bring it to a simmer in a small saucepan. Serve as a sauce for the meat
