1 ½ tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Flour (or 1 ½ tbsp Cornstarch)
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 Egg (slightly beaten)
1 can Cream Corn (or 4 cups “fresh” frozen corn)
2 tbsp. Melted Butter
Mix sugar, flour and salt, gradually stir in milk (keeping it smooth). Add egg and beat gently. Stir in corn and melted butter. Bake in 1 ½ qt casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
