If you are grilling this is a super easy way to get more out of turning on your grill
simply soak ears of sweet corn (works best with sweet) still completely in the husks in a large bowl of water for about 20 minutes. then grill them on the top shelf of your grill (or on low if no top shelf is available) and they steam inside the husks and turn out sweeter and better then any boiled corn on the cob ever does.
