Southwest Chicken

3-4 Chicken breasts, cut into large chunks (I usually only make 3 pieces of each one)
1 Can of corn
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Jar (16 oz) Salsa (Whatever kind you like!)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese to taste Very Happy

Place the chicken breasts cut up at the bottom of the crockpot. Pour all the other ingredients on top, no need to stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours if you drain the corn and beans, 8-10 in you don't drain. When done, shred the chicken with 2 forks and mix everything together. Serve over rice, topped with cheese!
