Baked Oatmeal

1/2 c. oil or margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Raisins or chopped apples

Mix together oil (or marg.), sugar, and eggs. Add all the other ingredients to the mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350 (can mix the night before, refrigerate and bake).
