 Sauce -- Baked Ham Maple Raisin Sauce

PostSubject: Sauce -- Baked Ham Maple Raisin Sauce   Wed Apr 28, 2010 7:52 pm

1 c brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
½ c water
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp butter
dash of salt
¾ c raisins
2 tbsp maple syrup


Combine sugar and corn starch. Add remaining ingredients except the raisins. Cook on low heat until thickened and then add the raisins.
