6 large potatoes
¼ c flour
¼ c grated parmesan cheese
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/3 c butter
Parsley
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a small bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few times in the bag to coat. Melt butter in a baking dish and layer potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Turn potatoes once while baking. When they turn golden brown sprinkle with parsley.
