Subject: Apple Stuffing

2 tbsp butter
4 tsp chopped onion
1 cup applesauce
8 slices of bread
2 eggs
½ tsp nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp parsley
Cook onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. You may need to add a little water. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
