 Banana Cake

2 ¼ cups flour
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 can PET milk (5.33 oz)
4 tsp lemon juice
2/3 softened margarine
1 ¼ cups mushed bananas
3 eggs


Grease and flour pans (Round 8”). Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in large bowl. Mix milk w/ lemon juice. Add alternatevly to dry ingredients with butter and bananas. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs. Beat for 2 more minutes. Bake at 40 minutes at 350 degrees
