Spiced Ham (from a friend)

2- ham slices or 1 ham quarter/half
1- jar applesauce
1/2tsp cinnamon.
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4c. brown sugar

Insert ham slice into crock-pot/baking dish. dump jar of applesauce onto ham. sprinkle all other ingredients overtop of ham. swirl around with spoon or spatula. cover. Then crock-pot cook it or bake it for the times below. If you slow cook this in a crock pot you can do it for 8 hours. If you want it sooner cook on high for 3-4.
