2 ½ lb ham loaf mix
½ lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 c bread crumbs
1 c milk
3 c brown sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 c vinegar
2/3 c butter

Cook over low heat, the last four ingredients. Mix together ham loaf mix and ground beef. Add 2 eggs, mix well. Add bread crumbs and milk. Shape into loaf or balls. Place loaf or balls into baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Start putting on sauce after 1 hour of baking and repeat every 15 minutes.

It makes 2 loafs... like normal meatloaf Smile
