6 medium red potatoes, boiled until soft ¾ c melted butter 2 envelopes Onion Soup Mix
Drain potatoes; place in a lightly greased baking dish. Blend the melted butter and onion soup mix. Pour over potatoes and bake at 400 degrees for 20 – 40 minutes or until golden brown
