This recipe is from the Company's Coming Cookbook-Casseroles

2 lbs Small pork sausages
14 oz. Canned sliced peaches w/juice (I use a full can, or 2, depending on how many sausages I use)
3/4 cup Sugar (I use either white or brown, & also adjust this, to how sweet you want it)
1 tsp. Curry powder (I use less, not a huge curry fan)
1 tbsp. Onion flakes (I rarely have these on hand, so I don't put them in)
1 cup Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup

-Brown sausages, not necessarily cook, in frying pan or under broiler.
-Cut in bite size pieces & place in 1.5 L casserole dish
-Add remaining ingredients.
-Stir together.
-Bake uncovered @ 350 F for 30 min.
-Stir.
-Continue baking for another 15-20 min.

I usually serve this with mashed potatoes, as it has a nice sauce. ENJOY!! Smile
