8 cups chocolate chex
¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
6 tbsp butter
3 tbsp light corn syrup
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ cup white vanilla baking chips
Measure cereal into a large microwaveable bowl, set aside. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. In a 2-c measuring cup, microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup uncovered on High for 1-2 minutes, stirring after 1 min until smooth. Stir in baking soda until dissolved. Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated, microwave on high 3 minutes stirring every minute. Spread on cookie sheet, cool 10 minutes and break into bite size pieces. In small microwaveable bowl place vanilla baking chips on high uncovered for 1 min 30 sec or until chips can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over snack. Refrigerate until set.
